My name is Frederick Hawthorne and I am a certified trainer that began Better Body Today in 2002 to help improve the physical attributes of athletes ( note: is used to train non-athletes as well) by combining speed, agility, and quickness techniques with resistance and weight training, thus creating Plyo-dynamics. In college I competed in basketball, football and Track & Field, so I have first hand knowledge the importance of Plyo-Dynamic training

The combination of these workout techniques with sports specific movements will in turn enhance your fast twitch muscle fibers and create strength, balance, explosiveness, agility, and core strength simultaneously.

I have been fortunate enough to incorporate Plyo-Dynamics across the world. Most notable Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji Islands, etcÉ Also it has been used to train athletes at the highest levels Division 1, NBA, NFL, and Track & Field.

So along with getting the training that will without a doubt give you the edge, but you will be getting the training that will instill self confidence and re/sculpt your physical appearance.
